Hey guys! I plan to go to University of Florida in the fall, and I would love to join a sorority. I personally have nothing against the "black" greek life (NPHCs), but I think I would fit better in an PC sorority. My friend's mom was the president of Chi Omega at another school and told me that she would write me a recommendation, but I don't want that to be my only option. I looked at all of the sororities' websites for UF and in the pictures I think I only saw like one black girl, but that may just be because not many black girls wanted to rush a PC. Anyone who is in a sorority at UF, please tell me if I have a good chance of getting a bid in one of these? Also which sororities do you think would be more likely to offer me a spot? Iv mostly got it set up the way i like, just one minor problem i don't know how to change. When the line goes Over the candle stick its a sell signal and when it goes under the candle stick it is supposed to make a buy signal and it does BUT the problem is that the system keeps making BUY and SELL Points all the way up or down the trend. So if the trend is going to go down and it says sell i just want the system to sell at the first signal when its at the top not have a ton of buy and sell signals all the way down and up just one buy and one sell. Sir you are correct. My father's side of the family is mostly native american and my oldest sister has done much research and is actually considered a healer/shaman. I am Christian by default. When we were small, my dad was atheist and my mom is agnostic. Therefore what I got in the way of religion came about after reading the bible and deciding to follow it. Now had I been raised to follow the religious heritage of my father things would probably be vastly different from what it is not. I am not a practicing anything, simply a believer in Christ so in many ways I am open to what my sister has to say in many areas. I believe we should respect the land and take nothing we do not need. I believe in saying thanks for everything I have. I believe Jesus is my savior. And I only have one God. So I am sort of an eclectic mix I suppose. I do not believe in slapping someone in the head with the bible as I think it is something they must come to on their own, a sort of spiritual walk if you will. I think all religious beliefs should be respected as what someone else holds dear is no less important to them than what I myself hold dear. Good question.

I bought a used 1995 Bronco Eddie Bauer edition with a 5.0. According to all the books and the internet the firing order should be 1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8. However the firing order it has now is 1-5-6-3-4-2-7-8. It runs good and has great throttle response. I'm confused because the intake manifold says 5.0 H.O but the current firing order is the same as big block Cadlillac. Will engine damage occur if I try to go with the "correct" order? Should the engine be mis firing with it the way it is?

i don't have a tester and my amplifier isn't turning on. The fuse isn't blown and i don't think my amplifier is either because it didn't shut off while i was using it, just one day it didn't turn on. i checked all the connections but think the rem wire might not be working. So can i jumper it using a lil jumper wire from the hot 12v power to the rem slot just to c if it turns on?

There were macadamia nut cookies momentarily left unattended, and my cat managed to get a small piece of cookie before I saw her and made her stop. I had the same exact car, same exact problem with that GEN light...changed the alternator and serpentine belt, and it worked like a charm. I actually think it was the bearing in the pulley on the alternator, because when the alternator was failing, it squeaked like a beast. So the alternator itself may charge ok, but the bearing in the pulley isn't spinning correctly. I don't know how accurate bench testers are for alternators but it could be also like the other guy said that the alternator is failing intermittently.

I was forced against my will to go to a catholic school from preschool to seventh grade, where catholicism was shoved down our throats, and where the children literally hated me because I was half hispanic in a white school. I literally had to hold a gun to my head and tell them if they didn't switch me to a public school, I'd kill myself in front of them. That school made me suicidal, and every Sunday night I would hold a knife to my neck or tie a rope around it. It never worked. But the religion was ruined for me around kindergarten. I'm a Freshman now, (almost a Sopre!!) with lots of friends. But my parents still make me attend the church where the kids that made me want to kill myself go. Every damn Sunday, with no exceptions. How do I get it through their thick-skulls I hate being Catholic and want to be possibly Protestant?

About 8 months ago i was overweight,i was about 5 6" and 83 Kgs,My dad bought a treadmill,a rebent cycle and few more equipments and i started to workout on a regular basis,lost 10 kgs in 2 months! and further went down 5 kgs .So i was 68 kgs.It was time for my board exams so i had to eat properly and had less time to workout so till the exams got over i gained 4 kgs again and now im 72.Now for the past 2 months ive been jogging on the treadmill for an hour daily (7.8 k/h) .lifting 10 kg dumbell (10 repititions ,5 sets) daily. And im not just going down! Did'nt lose a gram since a month.....HELP! My height is now 5 10'' and im 72 but i want to be like 64-65 ...im eating also properly,about 1500 cals everyday.

So for every snake I've gotten, its been an adult and eating the right sized prey for the rest of its life. However I am now raising, from 7 weeks old, a baby red tailed boa. He's 18 weeks now and I'm giving him 2-3 frozen thawed fuzzie rats a week, but I was wondering...when is he going to be big enough to switch him to bigger prey? It is because I watched Mostly Martha first. The German movie, despite the pesky sub-titles, really hit the spot for me. It seemed to have deeper, more emotionally charged moments, a strong and sophisticated story line, and actors who really bring depth to their characters. The original story goes much deeper than the American version. No Reservations is merely a fluff piece with little intensity, and big star power.
