Big fantasy basketball trade! Should I do it?

I have Shawn Marion , Tyson Chandler, and Chauncey Billups and the guy is offering Richard Hamilton, Jason Terry, and Kobe Bryant. This is by far one of the biggest trades that could happen in my league. Im currently #1 so im kind of skeptical about it. Should I accept it?
