Will adding weight training give me even better results?

If you stick to light weights and cardio, you will become much more toned with some definition. If you go with heavy weight you'll add bulk or more muscle m, which is what most girls do NOT want unless they're professional bodybuilders. The workout you're doing now plus a little light weight lifting sounds good, you'll be in great shape in no time, if not already
