I need help with this.... n if ur gonna tell me to see a therapist... dont bother?

Alright... About a year ago, I was at my cousins. She had recently moved out to a farm in the woods in the middle of freaking nowhere. Typical horror story, right? (I only say that because those of you reading this are probably being very skeptical) but so, I went to visit her. She's a year older than me, and she was 15 at the time. So, we had forgotten to do her chores and put the animals aways before dark so we had to do it while it was dark. so, there's about a mile of woods between her house n the barn. so, on our way out there, we got about halfway through the woods, when i got liek a chill. sixth sense or watever u wanna call it. but i kept walkin. n i ran into my cousin. she had flat out dead stopped. when i followed her gaze, i saw a figure. too tall and thin to be a bear... and it white. white. n it looked like it was glowin under wat moonlight there was. it was about 8 ft tall. n skinny, skinny. n my cuzin tried to bolt n when she did it advanced... so i caught her n made her walk back slowly... but ever since then, they've never left... they've come into MY house. without permission. they've physically attacked my cousin in HER room.... so, wat am i supposed to do to deal with this?
