My cut off is 193.5 according to TNEA(Anna univ).Can i get adm either in AU or in any good gov./aided college?

Iam interested in studying B.E.My preference is as follows: 1.Anna university campus, 2.Government colleges ,3.Government aided colleges, 4.Other good affilated colleges of Anna university. My choice of course are as follows:1. Ece, 2.Csc,3. IT. My optional subject is Computer science and I have secured 197/200.Please do the needful.
