If sea level rises, how will Bangladesh survive as a country?

Good question. According to Al Gore's book "An Inconvenient Truth", some 60 million people of Bangladesh will be uprooted by the flooding that is certain to occur. The country will survive but be devastated. In the United states the southern half of Florida will go under water as far north as Lake Okeechobee. All of Miami will be flooded.
