Where can i find karaoke websites that have all the new music to download?

I would like to find a karaoke website that has all the new songs like Kelly Clarkson's Never Agian or Hilary Duff's With Love. I've searched and searched and whenever I find one, it only has music from 2 years ago or from the 60's/50's. Please help!
