Is losing 25 pounds in 19 days healthy, What about 45 lbs in 39 days?

i know your not gonna like what i will say but yeah you need to eat a little, why i say that because sooner or later your body will make up for all the time you skip meal and you will eat more. so try to eat a little of fiber and protein on your diet they are good and they help you be full the whole day but like i said you don't eat for a while your body will attack you and make you eat more, so thats why your mom is worrying, so you can still eat but eat a little and just exercise more and about losing 29 in 19days meaning that you lose more of your body access water so thats why you lost it so quick, it happen to me too, i lost more of my bod water when i started my diet and workout plan but then i added more cardio and strength training and now I'm trimming and toning all my body, just working on my 6 abs now, anyway, good luck and don't over do it.
