Im 15 yrs old,how can i lose more weight frm the belly portion and face....?

About 8 months ago i was overweight,i was about 5 6" and 83 Kgs,My dad bought a treadmill,a rebent cycle and few more equipments and i started to workout on a regular basis,lost 10 kgs in 2 months! and further went down 5 kgs .So i was 68 kgs.It was time for my board exams so i had to eat properly and had less time to workout so till the exams got over i gained 4 kgs again and now im 72.Now for the past 2 months ive been jogging on the treadmill for an hour daily (7.8 k/h) .lifting 10 kg dumbell (10 repititions ,5 sets) daily. And im not just going down! Did'nt lose a gram since a month.....HELP! My height is now 5 10'' and im 72 but i want to be like 64-65 ...im eating also properly,about 1500 cals everyday.
