Will Mr Obama sue the slanders for all the lies when the election is over?

I mean they have accused him of being ociated with terrorists such as Ayers, and extremist such as REV. Jeremiah A. Wright Jr. and since this is all slander and lies will he drag Hannity and Bill O’Reilly and all theses other slanders to court for trying to ruin his political career and sue them for defamation of character..that's what I'd do if I was innocent.
