Is there digital camera with a built-in hard drive?

Seems like a no-brainer but I've never seen one. A digital still camera that uses a small hdd instead of flash memory cards. They have camcorders like this but no still cams? Keep in mind I mean a quality, dedicated still camera, not a pda or phone or mp3 player or other device that has a camera included. Is there such a beast?
