When I save in sims 2, I get a stop error! what specifically is causing this error? Please Help!?

According to MATY 0x0000008e is a RAM problem. You might have bad RAM, mismatched RAM, or wrong RAM configuration. Best take your hard drive down to the store and get them to install completely new RAM for you.
