Does anyone know of an agency in new york called wilhelmina kids?

what is wilhelmina kids like ?? do you have to pay for the modeling or acting is it good is it a good experiance can you get signed with people who will make you big?? plz i need to know it would be great if you can answer my questions and more -ariel:)!
