Legal custudy for my daughter ?

recently me and my wifes 8 year marriage fell apart, she left without parental consent with my daughter of 7 years to puerto rico. before her departure i was diognosed with testicular cancer in the abdomen area. during our seperation she had come back without my child and attacked me and having a witness to state this and left agian to p.r. filling charges agiast me for abuse. i have been charged and shown to court and she never appeared. since then i tried to quitly work out a solution before her leaving to the army. since she has left she left my daughter with her parents the very people that caused our downfall. the army is looking into the matter and i am filling for court order agiast her parents to obtain my child. allegations at this point are very serious towards her and her parents. is there anyone that has knowledge with something similar to this or with the military about situations like this.
