Harold Shipman. Hero or villan?

He is responsible, it is believed, for the deaths of several hundred healthy women. He had no discernable motive in most cases. This was not a case of a kindly doctor helping a terminally ill patient to end their life with dignity. It follows that he cannot be described as a hero. He is most certainly a villian.
