Hp TouchSmart PC keyboard problem?

I am having problems with my keyboard. For example when I type the letter "t" is shows t5, I type "h" it opens the "history" window, I type "s" it opens the "save as" window. Oh and the number key don't work. I made sure num lock is not on. It does this no matter what program is on that requires typing. It even does this when I use the virtual keyboard when I have it in tablet mode. Thanks
