How can i treat man without surgery?

tissue is present in both men and women. Only that in men they are under developed. So, your man s could be the naturally occurring tissues or simply fat. Exercises can help you with that. Bench press, push ups, pull ups, sit ups are a few ones. If you are okay with body building in the sense of toning your body and not necessarily becoming muscular, then all exercises of the chest, biceps, triceps, abs and so on would help you. Because these exercises will give a V shape to your body, instead of the unappealing A or U shapes. Wearing loose and baggy shirts can also help hiding the flaws. Also, try and sit straight all the time. It would be stressful to get used to it, but if you do it will have long term benefits on both your spine and the torso. Also when sleeping, try and sleep on the back instead of lying on the stomach or the waist sides. Sleeping on the back will keep your chest flat and stretched. Good luck.
