More overrated career: Tracy McGrady or Vince Carter?

T-mac used to be better than Kobe so I dont think he was overrated. Carter was known for his dunking ability and not his scoring. Kobe the Rapist Bryant is over rated, he cant drive, rebound, ist, or block shots like these two, all he has is a very good jump shot.
