If suspended from your job should you quit before they can fire you?

I am a supervisor at a hotel and the General Manager is a complete narcissist and expects everybody to be perfect and when their not they either get fired or written up. I have been at my job for 2 years now and have worked my way up to management. I am never late for my shift, I work the night shift every single weekend and have never gotten a bad complaint from anybody. In fact the day that I got suspended a guest filled out a comment card saying how great my service was. In the hotel business guests rate their stay on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the best. I checked in 3 people that rated their stay at an 8 so they are trying to blame it on me. So, they suspended me. I am pretty sure that they are going to fire me. So I should probably quit first hugh?
