What is the balanced equation for H2SO4 + NaOH=H30+ + Na2SO4-?

Thanks so much! Now I wanna clarify, the + at the end of H30+ is supposed to be there because it is positive. Same with Na2SO4- just negative. Thanks! Please explain!!!
